If your objective is to get the highlights of Old San Juan in just a few hours, I dot think you can do better than with Debbie Nolina Ramos. And if you also have mobility limitations, her Storytelling on Wheels is worth every penny plus a big fat tip. Our party of 7 first time visitors finished 4-5 hours... Read more »
